Job Summary:

As a Marketing & Sales Specialist at UniqueThis, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new members, and converting free members to paid subscribers. This position demands a dynamic, results-driven professional skilled in digital marketing, social media management, and both inbound and outbound sales. You will contribute to expanding UniqueThis’s presence and impact through targeted outreach and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Member & Subscriber Growth:

• Drive growth by acquiring new members and converting free members into paid subscribers through effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Continuously track, analyze, and optimize conversion efforts to maximize results.

Product & Service Expertise:

• Master all levels of UniqueThis products and services to effectively educate and upsell customers.

Inbound & Outbound Sales:

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with customers, address their needs, and close sales.

Email & Social Media Marketing:

• Create and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain members.

• Manage and enhance the presence of UniqueThis on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

• Cold Email Marketing & Sales for Business Accounts: Utilize tools like Manta.com to send cold emails to business accounts, targeting up to 100 leads daily to generate new sales and business opportunities.

Advertising & Partnership Growth:

• Identify and acquire new advertisers, fostering strong relationships to enhance the UniqueThis education platform’s reach.

• Establish new partnerships to expand brand exposure and platform engagement.

SEO & Branding:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve brand visibility, boost organic reach, and ensure strong brand positioning across digital platforms.

Retention & Engagement:

• Design and implement retention strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.

Weekly Email Newsletters:

• Curate and distribute engaging weekly email newsletters to advertisers, showcasing opportunities and updates to keep them informed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in phone and email sales.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools, social media management, and SEO strategies.

• Ability to create compelling short promotional videos that resonate with the target audience.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or direct sales.

• Familiarity with analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

💰 10% Recurring Commission – For the Life of the Customer (While Employed)

Sales representatives earn 10% commission for the life of the customer, as long as the rep remains actively employed with UniqueThis.

If the rep resigns or is terminated, commissions will discontinue unless otherwise agreed in writing. This encourages long-term engagement and active account support.
