Job Summary:

The Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO) of UniqueThis is a senior executive responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact marketing and sales strategies. This role focuses on brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. The CMSO leads cross-functional teams to enhance market presence, optimize sales performance, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring alignment with UniqueThis’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth for UniqueThis.

  • Brand Management & Positioning: Oversee brand development, messaging, and communication strategies to ensure a consistent and compelling market presence.

  • Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, optimize sales pipelines, and enhance customer retention.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Leverage data analytics, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.

  • Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.

  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Strengthen customer engagement, improve retention strategies, and develop long-term client relationships.

  • Partnerships & Business Development: Build strategic alliances with key industry players, vendors, and channel partners to drive growth.

  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure ROI-driven marketing and sales efforts.

  • Innovation & Transformation: Implement cutting-edge technologies and automation to enhance marketing and sales efficiency.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to align marketing and sales efforts with UniqueThis’s goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.

  • Proven track record of driving market growth, revenue generation, and brand success.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and modern sales methodologies.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing high-performing sales and marketing teams.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving industries with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, SaaS, fintech, or emerging markets.
