Five members of the Proud Boys, a far-right militant group, are suing the United States government in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. The group, including Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio, says their constitutional rights were violated when they were prosecuted for their role in the 2021 attack.
