Because this new material density is low, high strength, good toughness, high temperature resistance, easy to process and molding, its strength is 5 times the same quality of steel, but the density is only one fifth of steel (Kevlar density is 1.44 grams per cubic centimeter, steel density is 7.859 grams per cubic centimeter), and people's attention. The woven fiberglass fabric provides exceptional strength and stable dimension, PTFE coating is chemically inert, nonstick and temperature resistant from -100°F to +500°F(-73° C to +260°C).
PTFE glass mesh fabric is made into an open mesh conveyor belt for many drying applications like screen printing dryer, textile drying, shrink packing, synthetic yarns heat setting and curing, rubber extrusion cooling.
Comparing to common stainless steel belts, conveyor belt made by PTFE glass mesh fabrics is much lighter and easier to install, and the surface is 100% nonstick and chemically inert.
Comparing to polyester mesh belt, PTFE open mesh fabrics withstand higher temperatures, normally polyester belt withstands 120°C while PTFE open mesh belt can resist 260°C.

PTFE seamless belt is made of high strength fiberglass weaved by special equipment to be endless and seamless, then coated with PTFE under high temperature up to 260°C. The seamless belt is knitted into a tubular form without any joint, the belt solves the problem of joint markings on garments during laminating and fusing press process, it is dimension stable and nonstick surface, offers much higher strength which is at least 3 times than Teflon belt with the joint. An anti-static version is also available if required.
PTFE seamless belt is designed for fusing machines such as Kannegiesser, Meyer, Oshima, Hashima, Macpi and Reliant. In order to enhance the lifetime of the seamless belt, we use PTFE coated fiberglass fabric or PTFE coated Kevlar fabric to make edge reinforcement which will make the belt more wear-resistant. The tracking system is also available if the machine needed, normally we attach PTFE rod or Kevlar rod along the edge by sewing process.
