In a number of surprise moves, President Donald Trump pulled back on his plan to impose tariffs on European countries and his threats of possible military force in Greenland while also announcing he's reached the "framework of a future deal" over the island with NATO. It comes as he unveiled his controversial "Board of Peace" that aims at resolving various international conflicts and includes several authoritarian leaders.
