Congress has failed to pass limits on President Donald Trump’s war powers but a growing number of Republicans are voicing their concern about the war in Iran and its political impact. Several Republicans are now suggesting that the 60-day mark for the war could be an inflection point because the law requires congressional approval for military action that lasts longer than that.
