Debt Specialist/Legal Company requires an experienced Legal Assistant with In-depth experience and knowledge in Following areas;
- Sound Knowledge of the National Credit Act
- Debt Counselling ,Administration Orders and the legal processes thereto
- Debt Collection experience and the process thereto
- Able to draft legal documents ie. Notice of Applications, Notice of Oppositions, Supporting Affidivat's, including section 129 National Credit Act ,Letter of demands , Summonses ,Default Judgments, Section 57 and 58 applications for judgment, warrants of execution etc.
- Attend to and Type general correspondences in relation to matters.
Candidate must be Fully Computer literate and Available immediately.
Would suit exp. Candidate admitted Attorney/PA's/Paralegal/Legal Secretary with the above-mentioned skill sets and experience.
Salary; R6500.00 p/m Neg.
