Debt Specialist/Legal Company requires an experienced Legal Assistant with In-depth experience and knowledge in Following areas;

1. Sound Knowledge of the National Credit Act


2. Debt Counselling ,Administration Orders and the legal processes thereto


3. Debt Collection experience and the process thereto


4. Able to draft legal documents ie. Notice of Applications, Notice of Oppositions, Supporting Affidivat's, including section 129 National Credit Act ,Letter of demands , Summonses ,Default Judgments, Section 57 and 58 applications for judgment, warrants of execution etc.


5. Attend to and Type general correspondences in relation to matters.

Candidate must be Fully Computer literate and Available immediately.
Would suit exp. Candidate admitted Attorney/PA's/Paralegal/Legal Secretary with the above-mentioned skill sets and experience.

Salary; R6500.00 p/m Neg.
