  Allen Sim Urology provides comprehensive urological care in Singapore, led by Dr Allen Sim Soon Phang. With over 18 years of experience and more than 3,000 surgeries completed, Dr Sim focuses on advanced techniques such as robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive treatments. The clinic is located at Mt Alvernia Hospital and serves patients in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and Hokkien. Dr Sim trained in Germany, the UK and Singapore, holding fellowships in robotics, laparoscopy and endourology. He was previously the Director of Endourology at Singapore General Hospital and played a key role in developing robotic surgery services in Southern Malaysia. His experience includes introducing the first da Vinci Xi robotic system in Johor and performing over 160 robotic surgeries in one year. He is a recognised surgical trainer with international teaching experience, including live procedures across Southeast Asia.
